I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The doctor and her assistant, Gina were both so kind, attentive, and welcoming. They made a routine annual eye exam actually enjoyable, even with all the “look here, don’t blink” parts. 😁

I have had a wonderful experience at this Eye Care facility. The office is bright, cheerful, and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. The doctors and technicians are caring, knowledgeable, and very informative. They take the time to explain everything clearly and are always accessible when you have questions or concerns. It is reassuring to know that you are being cared for by professionals who genuinely seem to care about their patients. I would highly recommend this Eye Care facility to anyone looking for excellent, compassionate, and professional eye care.

Everyone was so friendly. I was informed up front what would not be covered by my insurance & given the option to opt out. The doctor explained everything in detail and in terms I could understand. Highly recommend!

CF Family Eye Care was exceptional. Had an emergency situation and they accommodated with urgency and care. Amazing staff and Dr Danger was the best. Will be using them going forward for all my eye care.

Dr. Danger has great personality nice to meet a doctor who loves what they do. She is very thorough and diagnosed my issue right away. Staff is organized & friendly. Totally recommend this facility

Just moved here from Massachusetts. My glasses broke tried to get a new frame. Kimberly went above and beyond by ordering frames on eBay for me and volunteering to fix them herself above and beyond definitely five star service.

Although the young lady that started with me was very quiet , she was very thorough and the doctor herself was very informative and taught me a few things I did not know. A lot of the reviews are talking about the extra charges.I was informed of one that I knew would be $39 dollars extra , but the young lady only mentioned that there was a test that was $20. She did not mention that it was an additional charge to the other test that was $39. That I do have a problem with, as with buying glasses. I never buy glasses from an eye doctor I will go to a discount Place first. So my first thing is to always ask for a copy of my own prescription. And that's anywhere I go. Never had an issue with scheduling or with the lady at the front desk. Not sure if it's the same one. Since those reports were from a few years back, I like the scheduling online cause then I can choose what I want. And it's easy to see if you need to go quickly, those that have canceled, and you want to go right. Then if there's an opening rather than waiting for someone else to look.

Everyone here is extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and make you feel welcome. They explained everything in detail in language I could understand. From my eye exam, treatment required, and selection of glasses, they were with me every step of the way. I would recommend them for all your eye care needs.

The staff is always kind and helpful! The doctor was very thorough and the assistant that did all of my testing was phenomenal! She was kind and patient with me and my children. She made them feel like they were apart of the process and explained everything she was doing in a way that they could understand. She really was the star of the visit and the doctor was so bubbly and engaging but more importantly she was caring and listened to my concerns and provided several different solutions! I highly recommend this team! (I apologize for not knowing the proper term for the assistant or her name but everyone was awesome!) The office staff was also very amazing and made us feel welcome from the time we walked in the door.

What a wonderful experience. Being able to book online was great. Had appointments the next week, my old place was taking months to get in. The staff are incredibly friendly, the doctor knowledgeable. Frame selection was top notch and the optician helped me and my husband find the perfect pair of frames. They quoted two weeks for our glasses to be ready but they were ready within one which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommend.

I love the quick service treatment and staff is so kind. They scheduled me an appointment for a retinal professional at another location for same day I saw them and had all treatments in one day.

Very friendly staff. Got me in quickly and was very informative. I was in and out in less than an hour. The best part was them explaining what each step would cost and cheaper alternatives.

I just dropped by with an eye injury and the clinic was able to sneak me in and help immediately! I’m so grateful and so impressed by their kindness. I felt so taken care of and their concern for my health was sincere.

Revision Optix are great. The staff are always very nice and efficient. Dr St Ben’s is excellent. You never feel rushed and he will take the time to ensure you understand the answer to any/all of your questions. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful and welcoming office. I was very impressed with the care, consideration and concern I received right from the beginning. Starting with the receptionist, then clinician and then to the eye doctor. I will definitely go back!

My first visit and was very pleased with the Dr and staff. Dr was very thorough and detailed with the process, and met expectations, along with the associate who helped with my frames and lenses. I will definitely be back yearly!

It was very easy to get a same day appointment, staff were friendly & professional, Dr. Oates gave me a thorough eye exam, and the pricing was fair. I appreciated that they didn’t try and sell me contacts & glasses after the exam. (We all know that there are discounted sources once you have your prescription.) I definitely recommend this office & Dr. Oates for eye care needs.

Thanks to Mike I was able to get my old lenses switched out for new ones when I received them from my out of state optometrist. He also adjusted my glasses to fit better. Very kind and helpful!

I had got hit in the eye with a piece of trash and the Ladies at the desk were very kind and helpful. The Doctor was also very kind as to helping me save my eye. And it felt very personal that they cared, I will go to them again. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

The kind, informative, and helpful staff made my visit to Eye on Gervais the best medical experience I’ve had yet! Dr. Loftis is very thorough with his process and takes the time to explain everything he finds, and the front desk is so wonderful answering all my questions and assisting with my new glasses. Satisfied doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel, I am so happy I found y’all!

I have a pair of Ray Bans that I bought replacement lenses for. I took them to a shop here in Columbia, but they couldn’t swap them. They recommended Eye On Gervais. I called and got Mike. Right away I could tell I had called the right place. Mike took a look and tried. Couldn’t get the screws out. Not wanting to quit, he ordered a special tool. That didn’t work, but Mike persevered. He modified the tool and made it happen. Not only that, he only wanted to charge me for the cost of the special tool. $25! Um, no. I paid $40 for his determination and persistence. If you need glasses, then this is the shop For you. Thank you, Mike. I’m loving my new and improved Ray Bans. Steve

Nice place good staff Que Jenkins always has a smile tht will make you smile back . Everyone else here as well is very helpful .. been with them for a while. They are good with communicating Mr loftis is a good guy to make sure your up and running . Have a blessed day everyone!!

Recently went for an eye exam, glasses needed for sure, but the optometrist was super nice and funny. I loved that he took his time with appointment and didn’t rush me in and out. He also gave me lots of info about what my readings could potentially mean in the future. The staff was so sweet and they had an awesome and unique selection for frames which is rare.

Every single person I’ve worked with has been super kind and easy to work with. The doctors are very communicative about any questions and the staff is transparent about pricing and eager to help.

The staff here were very helpful! I had an issue with my nose pads and they helped me free of charge (I didn't get my original glasses from here)! The staff provided great service and JD helped find me a screw that would fit for my nosepad. I'll definitely be ordering my next glasses from here!

I just stopped in for help fixing my glasses (I am on a visit to the area and was desperate!). I was in and out in under 10 minutes, all the staff was incredibly friendly and professional and JD did a great job! Amazing experience.
